Togo Steals Point From USA

TORONTO, CANADA

In a recent flurry of games played late Tuesday, Togo emerged with a tie against the mighty USA. After having been missing in action for the past few weeks team Togo surprised on lookers with the outcome. Coach/GM/Left Winger Lukatela said, “We’re not surprised at all. In fact we’ve been practicing in Lome and have been watching live feeds of games being played in the IFC.”

When told the Y&R THL is not equipped with the technology to broadcast live, or taped, games Lukatela responded, “Oh. Then maybe we were watching Deal or no Deal. Either way it worked like a charm. We got our point and we’re not giving it back. Unless of coarse the USA wants to buy our team skates. Because our sandals are really slowing us down, especially in the corners.”

Roth only had this to say, “Maybe our team will start watching more Howie Mandel and less American Gladiators. And no we won’t buy the point back from Togo. We’ll spend our money where it really counts. On us.”

Canadian coach Mick Canuck then called in, “Does the US know Howie is Canadian?” They added, “I doubt it. They’re American.”

Actually Howie is American…he married an American woman and plus he got his American citizenship a bunch of years ago. Team USA is glad to see Canada hasn’t forgotten about us though.

Who wrote this? Get your facts straight.

If you’re going to quote Mick Canuck, you should at least talk to him first.
